There are apartments that our school has an agreement with a real estate agent.
We can introduce you an apartment with a reasonable price.

*Making a contract between lessee(you) and Lessor(we) is every 3months.
If you would like to move out the dwelling in the middle of our contract, you have to pay the rest of the rent payment.

*Making a contract between Lessee(you) and Lessor(we) is every year. (for 1year)
If you move out of the accommodation during the contract, you have to pay the rest of the rent.

Rent	・¥35,000 / month ・Entering dorm fee: ¥30,000 The full amount must be paid regardless of the date of leaving the dormitory.
