Entrance Procedures

For applicants

Applicants Applying for Student Visa

Please contact us by e-mail and download the application form and fill it out completely.

Seigan will do a screening.

If you pass the screening, you will have an interview on skype or LINE.

Please have an interview on skype or LINE.

If you pass the interview, you will need to pay the screening fee (¥30,000) and submit the other documents.

Please submit the required documents.

Seigan will apply for THE CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY with the submitted documents at the Immigration Bureau.

The immigration office will check your immigration records and submitted documents.

Whenthere is no problem in your submitted documents, CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY will be issued to Seigan.

When you receive an e-mail saying your Certificate OF ELIGIBILITY is issued, please pay the Entrance fee and Tuition fee. And also please inform us the details of your visiting Japan.

We confirme your payment (the Entrance fee and Tuition fee) . After we will send the CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY to you by post(DHL).

When you receive CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY, please apply for student visa at the Embassy or Consulate of Japan with CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY and the Letter of Admission.

Applicants Not Applying for Student Visa

Please download the application form and fill it out completely.
Please send the application form to Seigan.

Seigan will do a screening.

If you pass the screening, you will have an interview on skype or LINE.

Please have an interview on skype or LINE.

Please submit the required documents and pay the tuition fee.
